TTR Oliver V Cue Decoder
Cue Decoder controls equipment at remote CATV Head ends and re-broadcast sites. Encrypted control data transmitted alongside the video signal is used by the TTR Oliver V ™ cue decoder to provide closing contact relay outputs. The Oliver system is often used to cue ‘Opt-Out avails’, where local programming or advertising replaces the main feed at scheduled intervals.
Delivered as a 19” 1U rack mount unit, the cue decoder is designed to provide up to six closing contact cues from a single SDI video feed. An option can provide a Composite monitoring output as well as two SDI outputs and a Bypass relay from input to main output.
